Lela Donelson has 15 years experience as a trainer. First in the corporate world as training manager with Nextel corporate in Houston and then as an independent trainer providing training on a contract basis. Lela Donelson has more than thirty years experience in telecom as an account executive, corporate trainer and telecom company owner.

Our services include end user training, train the trainer training and employee training. We specialize in NEC, ShoreTel, Avaya and Zeacom but offer training on other systems with adequate preparation time. Training can be a combination of classroom training and hands on training or all hands on training. We work on you and your client’s schedule to meet their goals and yours.
